Hope you all had a great weekend! It finally happened - I broke out my scarf for the first time. My parents visited Sunday and while my dad and husband moved tons of stuff into storage, my mom and I got to stroll around the neighborhood, enjoying the crisp fall weather. We all ate a delicious meal at Frankies 457 and ate outside in the tented garden besides a fire where we felt like we were upstate NY and not in Brooklyn! We finished off the day with egg creams, shakes and sundaes at Brooklyn Farmecy, an adorable old-timey soda fountain- a great Brooklyn weekend. However, I'm having a lot of trouble getting back into the Monday swing of things - here are some links that will hopefully kickstart the week!
